I want to dance with you again…
I want to hold you close…
I want to touch the face
that I see every moment in my dreams
and kiss the lips that feel as amazing
as raindrops falling upon sunburnt skin…
I want to look into your eyes
and marvel at how they sparkle like stars…
I want to love you with all my heart…
I want to make you happy…
I want you to never have to worry…
I want to walk with you in the sunshine…
I want to stand atop a mountain
and shout up to the heavens that
I am the luckiest man in the entire world
because you are mine…
I never want to lose you…
I would do anything for you…
I would give anything to always be with you…
I wish I could walk on water or fly through the air,
because if I could then I would journey
however many miles I have to travel
so that I can be there with you again
and never have to leave…
I love you with all my heart and all my soul,
my beautiful Angel – and to me you will always be
the reason I live and breathe.

My Poem “The Greatest Man In The World”
You are the greatest man I have ever known…
You have been one of the two most influential
and powerful forces in my life
since the day I was born…
You are the star I have been orbiting around
since I was young…
You have given me more than I could ever have wished for,
and you always have been and you always will be
the one who I look up to for strength and wisdom
from dawn ’til dusk, and from dusk ’til dawn.
I have learned so much from you…
to me and to everybody who knows you
you will always be unforgettable…
I have been to so many places
and I have seen so many magical
and incredible things in my life,
and thanks to you all those beautiful memories
live on and can be replayed any time of the day or night
in the form of videos and photographs
that you took when we were kids…
my childhood was a happy and wonderful time
because of you and Mum,
and I cannot thank you both enough,
and I cannot put into words
how lucky I feel to be your son.
Some things do last forever…
some people make you the person who you will be
for the rest of your life from the moment
that you look into their eyes and they look into yours…
I could never ask for a better Dad,
nor a more perfect father,
and when I look at your face,
and I think back on all the memories that we made together,
I know with all that I am
that I am the luckiest son in the world
to have as their Dad the greatest man
the world has ever known.
My Poem “Outside”
It is so great to be able to wake up,
to be able to get out of bed,
to be able to open the curtains
and let the morning light touch your face
and instantly awaken something new within you…
it is so amazing to have a home, to have a family,
and to have someone who loves you
more than words could ever say
and who to you is beautiful and perfect in every way…
it is so phenomenal to know that you have the freedom
to fulfill your wishes and make your dreams come true…
it is so incredible to be able to wake up every day
surrounded by gifts from near and far away
that mean something to you because they were given to you
by angels who never stop filling your heart and your soul
with miracles of hope that are the sunrises
and the sunsets for you of every day…
there are times in our lives
when we can feel enchained to something
that we wish we could break free of,
there are times in our lives
when we wish we could just live a simple life without worries,
there are times in our lives when things can get so bad
that we put our hands together and we pray to god –
and every day we are all given choices
and opportunities to redeem ourselves,
and precious moments to touch the essence of life
and use the power within our grasp
to change our perspectives on the inside
and the way that we see the world outside.
